  Rare Integrity and Professionalism – The Best Roofer in Liverpool

  In May 2024, Ian handled a major overhaul of a concrete tiled roof for me, identifying rotten trusses and structural issues that 3 other roofers completely missed. While others suggested a full (and unnecessary) replacement, Ian provided a high-quality, honest repair for a very reasonable price Fast forward to 2026: he honored a warranty visit within 48 hours for a storm-damaged tile, strengthening the ridge with extra screws/washers and sealing gaps exactly as requested. He returned two weeks later for a minor follow-up visit - again, strictly on warranty. Ian is now my exclusive roofer.

  Stonewall successfully dismantled, with stones well preserved for reuse

  Well done. I asked Mike to come to help me reduce the height of a dangerous stonewall. The job was carried neatly, at a very reasonable price. Most important at all, I asked Mike not to crash / smash the stones, so that they can be reused. Mike followed the instruction, and keep all almost my stones intact.

  Bush cutting and stump poisoning

  Craig was responsive and clear to my communications. The two buddleia were clearly removed, and the two stumps were properly poisoned by legal herbicide.
