  We made an appointment with a couple of companies who failed to show up, We also contacted ian from Total Roofing and made an appointment, well he arrived on the minute he said he would, we told ian what our problem was, he inspected everything and found a couple of other issues, all photographed for proof, gave us a quote to rectify all the problems, we agreed a date for the work to be done, Ian arrived and set to, He is super polite with a superb work ethic, if we have problems in future he's the man to call! Thank you ian!

  We recently had our entire roof replaced by Ian and his team and could not be happier with the result. Communication was excellent. The team worked incredibly hard over the 5 to 6 days they were here. The level of commitment really showed in the finished work. Despite such a major project, disruption to us was kept to an absolute minimum. Amazing value for money compared to other quotes we received. Ian consistently went over and above what we expected, making sure every detail was completed properly and to a high standard. More than happy to recommend, thanks for a great job

  New flat roof and skylight

  After having many roofing contractors quote to replace our flat roof we finally came across Total Roofing Solutions and after meeting Ian and receiving his assessment and competitive quote we finally felt confident to go ahead with the work. We were not disappointed, Ian and his team proved to be professional, adaptable and hard working, the job was not straight forward and included a skylight and internal downspout and Ian dealt competently with the bespoke issues and completed the work thoroughly and to a high standard. We highly recommend Ian for all roofing challenges.

  Rare Integrity and Professionalism – The Best Roofer in Liverpool

  In May 2024, Ian handled a major overhaul of a concrete tiled roof for me, identifying rotten trusses and structural issues that 3 other roofers completely missed. While others suggested a full (and unnecessary) replacement, Ian provided a high-quality, honest repair for a very reasonable price Fast forward to 2026: he honored a warranty visit within 48 hours for a storm-damaged tile, strengthening the ridge with extra screws/washers and sealing gaps exactly as requested. He returned two weeks later for a minor follow-up visit - again, strictly on warranty. Ian is now my exclusive roofer.
