  New flashing and tiles on dormer bungalow roof.

  Had a leak into kitchen from the dormer bungalow roof. I had asked two companies for quotes, Ian turned up first, quickly diagnosed and clearly explained the problem. He offered to repair that day for a reasonable quote. I canceled the second company and was very happy with the standard of work carried out. Honest and reliable.

  Emergency lead replacement

  Some lead had blown off in the recent storms. Ian recognised this problem was urgent and done a temporary fix till he could come back a few days later to fix it properly. He even showed me photos of the work done which put me at ease
