  Nick came out the same day I put my job on Checkatrade. He advised me on the replacements I needed for the bathroom taps and to fix a leak in the cistern, gave me a reasonable quote and was able to fit the job in the next week. He was very cheerful, dealt with every problem that came up with a smile and left me with a spotlessly clean bathroom with beautiful taps that work perfectly. I'm very happy with the standard of work and would highly recommend NH Plumbing.

  My old consumer unit and fuse box needed updating, plus a full EICr of the house. DL Crease gave me a very reasonable quote for the work, turned up when promised and did a very good job. Friendly electricians who explained everything they were doing and left the house clean and tidy. Very happy with the service - I'm happy to recommend the company and I'll certainly be using them again.

  Tom came the same day I posted my job and sent a quote through in the evening. He's very knowledgeable and the quote was very reasonable and I would have engaged him then and there, except that my house needed other work doing that took priority at the time. As it was, my parents needed an electrician a few weeks later and I was happy to recommend Tom: again, they phoned and he came the same day. When I need an electrician again, I'll be getting in touch with him.

  Roof retiling

  I’m very happy with the work JB Roofing did on my Victorian house. Despite it being a very confined area to work in and the old roof throwing up several surprises, Jake wasn’t fazed by any of it, instead seeming to enjoy the challenges. He and his team worked really hard, kept me informed at all times and always left the site neat and tidy. Best of all, although my budget was limited, Jake managed to source decorative tiles that complement the age of the house, going the extra mile to find beautiful ridge tiles to finish it all off. I highly recommend this company.
