  We employed this tradesperson in January last year to skim over all the artex in our flat, covering three rooms and a hallway. A few months later, we experienced serious issues when the plaster from one of the ceilings collapsed. It then took several months for him to return and attempt to “fix” the problem. Following this, we noticed numerous cracks appearing across all areas where he had completed work. We informed him of these issues over the phone, at which point he became aggressive and refused to rectify the problems. We have since had multiple other plasterers inspect the work, all of
