10 Remove pebble dashing, add new rendering. Plaster and paint inside. Fix skirting.

Nico carried out the work perfectly as expected. He removed the pebble dashing as it was old and inserted new bricks. He also rendered over this and painted it neatly. On the inside, he replastered the wall smoothly and painted it. He reassembled the plaster skirting, a task which seemed impossible. His communication was consistent throughout. I felt comfortable to ask him anything. He took great care when inside our house, creating practically no mess. I needed our ceiling to be repaired following damage caused by a huge wasps nest. I had messaged Nico a few times before the work was agreed. He was always professional, helpfuland prompt with his replies. On the day, Nico arrived on time and set up the area where he was working so that nothing got damaged. He knew what he was doing and was very efficient and tidy. He repaired the ceiling and our loft room now looks tidy again. I would highly recommend Nico.
