  Having lost electrical supply to most of the house at 19.00 on 23rd Dec with a fridge and freezer full of food (feeding 13!) we really were in a difficult position. Tony responded within 30 minutes and was here within the hour. An experienced and methodical approach highlighted the problem. Job done. Thank you Tony!
