  The wet weather prevented the work being done when I'd first inquired, but Vas kept in touch and as soon as there was a fair day he rang and came round to do it. He was very thorough and pleasant to deal with.

  Looking for rats

  Rob used his CCTV to investigate my rats problem. He was on time, very friendly and I felt he knew what he was doing. Although he didn't see any live ones, he identified that they had definitely been in the sewer so he fitted a one way valve. I haven't seen or heard any rodents since then, so his work was successful.

  Rob is knowledgeable and very skilled. He was punctual and good at updating me about ETAs. He was very helpful in identifying the problem and fitting a remedy which should help to reduce it. He was careful not to promise more than he thought it would deliver.
