  Mouse holes needed finding and filling with concrete

  Michael delivered a first class service. We've had mice for years and he came round within a day and located all the gaps they were getting through around the flat. Within two hours he had filled everything with concrete and cleaned everything out. He explained to us all the steps along the way, left traps and offered to help again if the problem persists. He's also a lovely guy, would highly recommend.

  Mouse!

  We had a mouse in the house… Looked at recommendations through checkatrade for pest control and found Michael and were lucky we did. He is amazing! He came round the next day and was so thorough and knowledgeable. He spent hours proofing the house. The mouse was still here the next night so he came back to set some traps then came back again to check. The mouse was caught! He came back again to check more traps but thankfully no further signs of mice. He is very kind and friendly, took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and was very patient. Thank you Michael!

  Pest Assessment

  Michael was amazing - he really went out of his way after a long day to come and assess my property and confirmed (thankfully) there were no bedbugs. He was so thorough, very knowledgeable and personable. I am super grateful - highly recommend!

  Highly recommend, peace of mind!!

  I cannot explain how amazing Michael was in a very distressing time. I have a fairly severe phobia of rodents, I was under the impression I had a mouse in my house (also confirmed by another pest company who I DO NOT recommend) I called Michael to come and do a removal when we realised it was infact a rat. Michael was thorough, and patient will filling holes and checking different areas I was worried about. Since this, he has been on hand to answer any question. Nothing has been too much. HIGHLY recommend.

  Suspected rat/ squirrel in loft

  Highly recommend Michael and his team, I had been hearing a noise in my loft for a little while and concerned it was rats. Michael said he can come and do an inspection and determine what’s there but he said it sounds like a squirrel. Luckily no rats and only a squirrel visiting so we booked a repair and noticed an issue with the roof. Michael came back the following day and noticed a broken tile and large hole where water was getting in, he drilled metal plating down and re laid the roof tiles, and blocked a little hole on the wall. He went above and beyond and would highly recommend him!
