  Work completed, but pricing lacked clarity

  The engineer attended promptly and the blockage was cleared during the visit. However, I was disappointed with the lack of pricing transparency. I was initially quoted £120 + VAT and advised this was not inspection-only. After attendance, I was asked to approve a much higher charge, despite the work being completed within the same visit. The final invoice states the initial fee was deducted, but no deduction is shown. I raised this formally by email but have not yet received a substantive response. Hoping this can be resolved.
