  Gave a time slot convenient to us and let us know they would be able to arrive earlier. Identified problem (leaking waste pipe) and an additional issue (drip on of tap pipe). Repaired both but on test, due to multiple connections on the waste pipe, new leaks presented. We were given a number of options to fix - went with the recommendation of replacing the whole waste pipe with minimal connections and silicone sealed joints for guaranteed result. Tested again, no leaks, only wish we had the conversation to fully replace initially to reduce time/cost. Happy with result and explained detail well
