  Used Iso Therm membrane to prevent condensation and black mould on bay window.

  Kris was thorough in explaining the best way to treat my problem. I was happy with the price and the work was completed on time. I am happy with it (although I won't know if it's worked till next Winter). They applied the membrane and then skimmed new plaster over it, and the plaster is very well done, very smooth and it has been feathered in well so you can't see any joins. They also installed a new air brick to improve air circulation. Kris also checked under the floor when he was here, and did an extra job to apply membrane to an area of damaged floor joist at no extra cost.
