  Seemed competent, thorough and with reasonable charges

  The engineer Eli arrived well within the specified time window. He checked over my Hotpoint washing machine and immediately identified the problem as a burnt out door lock. He seemed to carry database of likely faults with him. He carried a spare lock and the job was completed in less than 20 minutes. He left the area clean and tidy. I was delighted with the service and the cost seemed reasonable.
