  You won't find a better electrician

  I needed 2 humidistat extractor fans installed to ventilate my bathroom and kitchen properly so asked Pat Fraser to carry out the work. He is a great electrician. Very knowledgeable and efficient in his field and an all-round decent, trustworthy guy who actually cleaned up afterwards better than I would have done! I would 100% use him again and 100% recommend him.

  Rising Damp Works All Sorted

  I had an issue with rising damp and Karl's visit from Solutions4Damp filled me with confidence with his 'plan of attack' as it was similar to what I had in mind anyway. Damp problems are no joke- I had 5 different quotes all giving somewhat differing advice so all quite stressful. The work to be done was clearly explained, it was carried out extremely efficiently- including photos which showed wet debris sitting within the cavity walls- and Karl tidied up beautifully at the end of each day. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and thoroughly recommend Solutions4Damp.
