  Good job but some corners cut...

  Very friendly and overall I would say they did a good job. However, we do have some concerns. We were never given an itemised invoice and it seems that some items fitted, (taps, shower head, shower screen) are poor quality and were cheaper items. This is a shame as had we been asked we would have paid more for better. The bath, sink and cabinet were fitted well and we were pleased. However, some tasks were rushed at the end, such as painting and sealant. The sealant is now coming away from the bath and despite contacting Hawkfrost about this and other concerns, I have had no response.
