  Move mains water and relocate washing machine

  Ryan was great at relocating a mains water pipe and moving our washing machine from the kitchen to the utility room. Ryan was reliable and friendly, and we will definitely be in contact in the future with him.

  Ryan replies to texts very quickly and arrived early to the job. He fitted two of our radiators and also drained the washing machine free of charge!

  Good job but some corners cut...

  Very friendly and overall I would say they did a good job. However, we do have some concerns. We were never given an itemised invoice and it seems that some items fitted, (taps, shower head, shower screen) are poor quality and were cheaper items. This is a shame as had we been asked we would have paid more for better. The bath, sink and cabinet were fitted well and we were pleased. However, some tasks were rushed at the end, such as painting and sealant. The sealant is now coming away from the bath and despite contacting Hawkfrost about this and other concerns, I have had no response.

  Fantastic service fixing external water leak

  Ryan did a fantastic job repairing an external water leak under the ground. and fixing our hot water supply. He was thorough, explained everything clearly and left the area tidy. His quote was competitive, he came when he said he would and was friendly too. We wouldn’t hesitate in using Ryan again.
