  1st and 2nd electric and plumbing fix

  The team have now completed our electrics, plumbing and floor screed as part of a major renovation and everything was well planned, high quality finishes and we are very pleased with the result. One of the aspects that really stood out was how they supported us while still living in the house with our kids. They went above and beyond to coordinate the wprks around us, helping us maintain safe and comfortable conditions and working hard to keep disruption to a minimum. We would happily use their services again and highly recommend Unique Construction for your projects.

  Massive house renovation

  Chris and his team have been a pleasure to work with. Not only have they been extremely professional, but showed also great understanding and consideration when we needed to anticipate our return home: - ensuring a safe living space whilst work carried on. - adjusting the worplan so that we had sanitation, running water and electricity sooner - helping us deal with the rubble the previous owner had hidden behind fake walls. Most importantly, because of Chris attention to detail and rigor I feel rested knowing that our home is finally fixed and the work they've completed is top quality.
