  Leaky tap and trimming a bath panel

  Very disappointed with the service received from DW Plumbing Services. I was promised a visit between 9AM and 10AM, but the time was pushed back several times throughout the day, and the technician finally arrived at 4:30PM. Half of the job was completed the bath panel was sorted but the leaking tap was not properly fixed. Less than 24 hours later, the tap was leaking again. For £120 including VAT, I expected a proper, lasting repair, not a quick fix that failed overnight. When I contacted the company the next morning, 9am I was told the only solution was to buy a new tap myself and pay them
