  Front drive clean and border revamp

  Steve was very understanding of our priorities when assessing the job and didn’t try to make more of it than was practical and gave a very reasonable quote. On the day, Steve and his team were friendly, professional, punctual and hard working. Although relatively smaller than some of the work they carry out, the attention to detail was evident in the finished product. Very happy to use Randall Garden Design and Landscaping again and recommend them.

  Dropping radiators during redecoration

  Following on from the more involved work in a previous review, Tony made himself available to take nearly all the radiators off the walls to give my decorator a clear run, and then returned to reinstate them. When one didn't get warm when I switched the heating back on, he was quick to stop by and make a necessary adjustment. I have found Tony to be a friendly, reliable, accommodating and experienced tradesman who doesn't twist your arm to spend more than is necessary.

  Jay was very friendly and professional. There was good communication upon responding to my job, and I was given a competitive estimate. Jay carried out the job within a few days, sealed the holes and even took the waste away. Very happy customer.

  Replacing of conservatory floor tiles

  This is the second time that I have called on Martin's services. Following damage to my conservatory, the tiled floor had to be ripped up and replaced. Martin gave a fair quote and was very accommodating with the scheduling around other trades. The finishing was top notch and I can't wait to see the room in it's full glory once the decorating is completed. Martin was also able to help with replacing a few damaged bathroom wall tiles and grouting. Will continue to call on him for all my tiling needs.

  Plaster boarding and skimming of walls and ceiling

  Glad to benefit from Jason's professional work ethic again. This time I needed a lounge ceiling skimming, and the plaster boarding and skimming of a rebuilt conservatory. The finishing was excellent as I've come to expect, so, really glad Jason could fit me in.

  Joinery renovations following a fire

  Another great experience with Portchester Carpentry. As always Darren listened to our requirements, offered some suggestions without forcing his opinions, and worked solidly and meticulously. Over several visits, due to the impact of other trades, Darren carried out some minor demolition, plaster boarded a ceiling, hung new internal doors throughout and improved the frames, replaced airing cupboard shelves, replaced kitchen cupboard doors. This was all done to his normal high standard.

  Chose ACRA Plumbing based on the number of reviews as well as the score. Have not been disappointed. Tony has been brilliant. From start to finish he has listened to what I needed, suggested some cheaper options at times, but carried out all the works to a very satisfactory standard. Apart from the items listed in my review title, Tony saved me from replacing a second toilet that had already been cleaned "professionally" and left very limescaled. He had just the product, and when mixed with hot water it did the business! No qualms in using Tony again or recommending him.
