  Built in sideboard/ office desk units

  We recently had Darren complete two projects in our home—a bespoke sideboard for our living room and a full wall office unit—and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, his workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were outstanding. He really took the time to understand what we wanted and brought our ideas to life beautifully. Both pieces have completely transformed our spaces and are not only incredibly functional but also finished to a very high standard. He was reliable, tidy, and clearly takes great pride in his work, which shows in the final result.

  High standard of work

  Darren fitted a new bedroom floor and fitted new wardrobe doors in two bedrooms. The work was completed in a professional manner to a high standard. I would definitely use Darren again and would not hesitate to recommend his Carpentry services.

  Joinery renovations following a fire

  Another great experience with Portchester Carpentry. As always Darren listened to our requirements, offered some suggestions without forcing his opinions, and worked solidly and meticulously. Over several visits, due to the impact of other trades, Darren carried out some minor demolition, plaster boarded a ceiling, hung new internal doors throughout and improved the frames, replaced airing cupboard shelves, replaced kitchen cupboard doors. This was all done to his normal high standard.
