  new loft door/hatch.

  night before the work was due to be done my partner went into labour. the instaloft team did the work and kept me in the loop, checking what we needed. the behind the scenes teams checked in about the job done, felt no pressure from anyone involved. what could have easily been a nightmare experience for personal reasons was made easier by caring tradepeople. oh and the finished product is very good!

  required tiling around bathroom to be redone

  What I hoped would be straightforward replacement of a couple loose tiles became a mini saga. Thankfully Dan was on board to repair damage left by previous owners attempts to do the work himself. Throughout Dan was happy to talk through everything, never once did he try to upsell... if anything he was polite about the poor state of the tiles. Very hapoy with the end product. whenever future work is needed, Dan will be the first person called!

  Bought a house in the winter. wanted to get guttering done as was unsure when done.

  reliable and straightforward. when on site was honest about the level of work needed. was not trying to make claims but instead gave helpful recommendations for the future. will be using again going forward as team was great!
