  Replacement boiler and installation of new smart thermostat

  Excellent job. Assessed the issues with out old bolier and offered us two clearly explained and reseasonable priced options to remedy the issue. Once we agreed a way forward, Alex arrived on timem as planned and installed the boiler. The finished job was incredibly tidy. I'd highly recommend Drake Plumbing for this type of work.
