  Alex responded quickly and was able to fix my leaking boiler at short notice. When an unexpected issue came up during the service he sourced a cheap part and came back first thing the next morning to finish the job. Very pleased with the service and would recommend

  New boiler and cylinder installation

  Alex was great from start to finish. I had a complete refurbishment which included removal of my old combi boiler and replaced with system boiler with a water cylinder. Even when I had changes required as part of my building project (switching from radiators to underfloor heating) he was was happy to accommodate this change. He has kept in touch post build when I've had questions about the installation and has resolved any issues I was having very quickly. Would thoroughly recommend.

  Alex was punctual and polite, carried out the work quickly and gave me incidental advice about various aspects of my plumbing setup to help me better understand how everything works in my home. He was careful to keep things clean and tidy, which was appreciated.

  Radiator Fix

  Alex fixed a new but non-functioning radiator that a couple of other plumbers had unsuccessfully tried to get working. He quickly identified the problem as well as advising me how to keep it working at its best once winter comes.
