  Central Heating pump replacement

  He came out and looked at the issue, gave a price and a date and time to carry out the work. In the meantime I informed 2 other companies that were interested in the job that I had appointed someone. He failed to show as agreed. After numerous attempts to contact him he eventually got back and said he’d had an unavoidable hospital appointment. Fair enough - these things can happen. We rearranged the job. He again didn’t show up. I left numerous voicemail and text messages asking what was happening to which he never responded. Utterly unacceptable from a professional tradesman.

  Large garden clearance

  Keith and colleagues completed a very large garden clearance which presented many challenges. The lads worked very had to get it done. I should have been more specific and requested fully itemized prices before commencing as the price escalated a lot but that was my fault really.

  Job involved a replacement part for a shower which required 2 visits due to it having to be ordered then fitted. I was very pleased with the outcome and can highly recommend this plumber.

  I met with a member of staff at my property. They said they would return the following day to meet with my tenant - who had arranged specially to leave work early - to discuss the repairs and they never showed up. I called them several times to find out what was happening and each time they said they would speak to the member of staff dealing with the issue and get back to me. Nobody rang me back despite all my calls.
