  Complete Drainage Survey for Property Purchase - AVOID!

  Full Drainage Survey requested. Key information missed rendering their survey completely useless for what our mortgage provider needed to know. Mainly where the septic tank discharges too and whether it complies with binding rules. This seems fairly basic information on a full drainage survey, especially one that was double the cost of some of its competitors. The main objective of their survey was to upsell additional work at extortionate rates, which we have already received a quote for half the cost elsewhere.
