  We identified a problem with an overgrown Silver Birch pendula variety in our small back garden. EGS Tree Surgery responded promptly to our enquiry and after a very informative discussion we decided to remove the tree and have another pruned. We received a quote for the work which was acceptable and the work was carried out. They were very professional and left the garden tidy and as before, minus the tree. We would be happy to use them again if required.

  New Vaillant ECO tec plus boiler replacment

  I contacted this company as our gas boiler was 18 years old and failing. They replied promptly and were most helpful. After some research we employed them to carry out an upgrade to replace the ageing boiler. Their quote was accepted and work was carried out on 18.08.2025. I cannot fault them they arrived on time and carried out the work efficiently and tidely. Dave and Cameron were helpful and understanding even when our router decided to frustrate everyone, they resolved the problem and eveything is up and running smoothly. Well done, many thanks.

  Replace an old conservatory roof with new solid, thermally efficient roof.

  We have a northwest facing conservatory with a basic polycarbonate roof. This meant that for approximately 6 months of the year, it doubled as an extension of the fridge/freezer. Dave and the two lads arrived on time as stated and worked thoroughly, stripping and fitting the new roof. I cannot fault their effort or workmanship. We were kept informed of all parts of the process and are really impressed with the end result. The conservatory is already 5 degrees warmer even before the new heating source is fitted. I would certainly recommend them and employ them again.
