We recently had our heat pump installed and are extremely happy with the quality of the work. The team was lovely and completed the three-day job with great care. They kept us informed throughout, ensuring we always knew when amenities like hot water or heating would be temporarily unavailable. We had a minor leak into the kitchen below the cylinder, but the team cleaned up quickly and fixed the problem within a day.
