  Boiler stopped working, no heating or hot water. Needed a new part.

  Andy was in contact very quickly, helped me over the phone with some instructions and from that determined the likely cause. Arrived the next morning to fix it, with the party in hand. Within the hour the boiler was working. Polite and professional service. I'd be happy to use Andy again.
