  Always a pleasure to invite David back to quote . Was very impressed by the service to replace our windows previously, this time it was a replacement external door. Owen arrived and fitted the door perfectly ! His attention to detail is amazing .

  Replacement windows

  Moved to the area recently and contacted a few company’s to replace all the windows in our bungalow, David’s quote was prompt and very competitive so we went ahead. Owen came to fit them this week and his attention to detail and craftsmanship was incredible. David Came each day to check progress and that we we’re happy as each window was replaced. I cannot recommend these guys enough for the excellent job done . Both David and Owen are such lovely guys to work with and we are so happy with our new windows .

  The job was to replace two window hinges

  I asked for 2 inches to be replaced and was quoted £90 when he arrived he said I only asked for one hinge and two would be £150 as I work away from home and my wife was there I reluctantly accepted after the job would be completed My wife drew the curtains and noticed new and fresh deep gouges these are very deep and still have the plastic which has been gouged out on the board. He has denied all responsibility and says he didn’t do it. This is totally not true.He suggested they’ve been therefore a long time despite the scratches still having swarf next to them.He is tonight all responsibility

  I’m sorry to hear you are not happy with the service we provided. The original price was for 2 hinges, but you ended up having 4 hinges, hence the increased quote. The damage you mentioned was already on the window boards. It was pointed out that your windows are 25 years old and need replacing as they are damaged and no longer fulfil their required function.
