  The job was to replace two window hinges

  I asked for 2 inches to be replaced and was quoted £90 when he arrived he said I only asked for one hinge and two would be £150 as I work away from home and my wife was there I reluctantly accepted after the job would be completed My wife drew the curtains and noticed new and fresh deep gouges these are very deep and still have the plastic which has been gouged out on the board. He has denied all responsibility and says he didn’t do it. This is totally not true.He suggested they’ve been therefore a long time despite the scratches still having swarf next to them.He is tonight all responsibility

  I’m sorry to hear you are not happy with the service we provided. The original price was for 2 hinges, but you ended up having 4 hinges, hence the increased quote. The damage you mentioned was already on the window boards. It was pointed out that your windows are 25 years old and need replacing as they are damaged and no longer fulfil their required function.

  Very good service. Dave came and assessed the problem gave a solution and then returned to fix the locks. Very polite, cleaned up and the solution worked.

  Refitting UPVC windows in 3 bed flat

  I originally asked David to give me an estimate for window repair. His helpful and informative advice made me decide to replace my old windows. I was very pleased with the job that he did and would definitely recommend his services.

  David was great quick with responses and came to look at the job good prices and great service explained what he would need to do and didn't try to over sell anything. Highly recommend ! Have just ordered a new front door with them as well.
