  Flat roof repair

  Bailey’s communication was clear & prompt. Though one of the more expensive quotes received, he gave me confidence which seems well placed given the quality of the work which has been done. I have a 25 year guarantee in an email. Sadly, what started as a simple refelting of a damaged fibreglass roof revealed shoddy original construction (wrecked/missing insulation, wood mite infestation, missing structural support and roof not properly attached. ) Work was completed on schedule but at extra cost due to rebuilding required. Many photos sent of progress throughout and site left tidy.

  Garden refurbishment

  I had a badly overgrown and neglected garden, gate, artificial lawn and decking area (we’re talking YEARS of inadequate maintenance). Jakob was very knowledgeable about what could be done to improve it and about plants in particular. After a week of very VERY hard work by J and T my garden has been transformed. At all stages the communication has been clear and helpful and when unexpected issues arose, Jakob was proactive in sorting them out. Any concerns I had or necessary tweaks have been addressed quickly and helpfully (most photos are ‘before’ and ‘during’ shots:only one of final result)

  Mystery dishwasher failure

  One evening, there was a sudden 'bang' and flash with an electrical outlet in my kitchen. The dishwasher was dead! I did not have to wait long for an appointment with Ross, who diagnosed the issue quickly and effectively fixed the problem! I was impressed with his friendly and professional manner, as well as his obvious skills as an electrician. I also discussed a few other different electrical issues with the house and was given a prompt and reasonable quotation for necessary work in the near future.

  Fixing a boiler that was losing pressure and replacing the thermostatic cartridge in my shower

  I have been delighted with the service received from Andy and impressed with the skill of Dave, who is the boiler repair specialist. Great communication, speedy attendance and quality work at fair prices! Andy and Dave worked particularly hard on repairing my stubborn boiler and I feel they went 'above and beyond' to get it working again. They were not patronising about my lack of plumbing knowledge (as previous service people have been!) but patiently explained the work needed and answered my queries about how the boiler functioned, giving me the ability to do 'quick fixes' in future. GREAT
