  Repair of an internal leak from a balcony water outlet

  The job was performed in a most professional manner.The cause of the leak was quickly established and the solution to re-establish the integrity of the system was conveyed in a way that could be well understood by the house owner. The repair went smoothly as planned , looks nice and neat on completion and was fairly priced.

  Remove a damaged balcony ceiling , remove and repair the leaking balcony drain and instal new ceiling

  Initial plan was to install water repellent boards in existing baton framework and render the ceiling.Unfortunately the render failed to adhere to the installed boards over a part of the ceiling area that necessitated the fitting of additional batons to install the ceiling using marine ply sheets.While the replacement of the ceiling did deviate somewhat from the original plan the ceiling installation was performed by a team of diligent and courteous craftsmen who were committed to ensuring the final ceiling was well installed and did not compromise on the look of the balcony overall.

  Replaced a leaking flat roof/floor on the house extension/balcony

  The balcony balustrade and floor leaked water allowing water to enter and stain the inner wall of the room extension.The job entailed removing the felt flat roof and drainage outlet ,replace deck boards , instal new roofing and drainage systems and reseal the balustrade. The job was timely and went very well where communications and execution of all tasks were first class. For the work that had to be done the total price of work was fair. It’s a pity suppliers cannot provide white drain adapters - the adapter fitted will need to be painted white later.
