It was a positive experience working with Lenny and Callum from Ashley Roof Maintenance. Communication was excellent from start to finish — Lenny kept me informed at every stage and explained everything clearly and provided photos and videos to show what repairs were needed. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job to a high standard. They were polite, professional, and left the area clean and tidy afterwards. Lenny , Callum and their helper worked non stop with their work on the site repairing leaking roof and chimney base with new lead and pointing. The team were very polite and nothing was too much trouble. Lenny keeping us informed with each stage of the project. I would definitely recommend others and will turn to them if required.
