  Jo previously helped me with another rooflight. This week he kindly came to adjust another rooflight which had a problem. He resolved the problem quickly. Very many thanks. I recommend him fully.

  The rooflight appeared broken. It didn't close properly. Jo came over to have a look. He fixed it in five minutes and there was no charge. Very much appreciated your help. Brilliant. Thank you.
