  Cutting back a large and tall conifer hedge.

  Contacted without delay by Sean. Quoted, using pictures I sent on request by him, of conifer hedge. Agreed quote and date. Sean arrived early morning as arranged and a small price increase was agreed on basis job was bigger than anticipated. This was not a problem but quoting based on pictures may need to be reconsidered by Sean, as others may not be so accepting, as stated by Sean himself. Work was done very efficiently and as clean as I had asked for. Sean is a nice friendly guy who works with you in understanding what you want and actually doing it. Would not hesitate to recommend and use.

  Matt contacted me without delay and came around to view the job and quote. He is a nice guy, very pleasant and approachable. His quote was good value. Subsequently did the job as arranged and we are pleased with the work. He treated our home like his own and with respect, tidying up after him. Would recommend Matt.

  Fantastic Service to eradicate rodent(s) from the loft.

  We became aware we had a rodent or two in the loft and contacted Dwayne of Ratboy Slim Pest Control (love the name, which is obviously a play on the local music celebrity). He was very friendly and clear on the telephone as to how he would proceed. On this basis we asked him to inspect the loft. He did so and after just two visits, following the initial no fee inspection, the rodent (mice) were no longer. Dwayne's a really nice guy who is so professional and knowledgeable and provides a great value for money service. He inspires confidence and treated our home with respect. Highly Recommended

  Repair to Gas Balanced Flu Fire

  From the first moment I called Greenfield and spoke to Sidnie (the owners daughter) I felt a valued customer (In stark contrast to another Worthing Gas Service Company). Sidnie is very professional and has fantastic customer service skills with a big happy and genuine personality. She helped with sourcing a part and subsequently this was fitted by Vic (her father). Vic was likewise a very personable guy who treated our home as if it was his. He fitted the new part with efficiency and tested the appliance. We have been very impressed with our first experience of using Greenfield.

  Have used Duncan, with his colleague Karim, for this work previously. As usual a lovely job and always done with care and attention. Cuttings cleared away and garden left clean and tidy.

  Leaking Guttering at Downpipe union at back of house and fixing end cap on facia/soffit on front

  Gave Jim a call as had good reviews. He came around as promised, viewed and quoted. Reasonably priced and asked him to go ahead. Pleased with work. Subsequently had to ask Jim to come back as guttering leaking at repaired point. Jim will be calling around to fix. Jim is very pleasant, approachable and reasonable.

  Replacing Boiler

  Looked at Chris's reviews initially and invited him and four others to quote. Had a good impression when Chris called to quote and he was easy to talk to and ask questions. I'm glad I asked Chris to do the work (boiler replacement and associated items/pipework). His work is exceptional, with a huge amount of detail and thought given to everything to ensure you are happy with the job and it's as good as it can possibly be. Chris made a number of suggestions along the way and even restated plasterboard boxing to the pipework that initially had to be removed to gain access. Thank you Chris.

  Painted Ceilings, Doors and woodwork

  Fantastic work again by Mark (father John was unwell so couldn't join him). As always Mark is conscientious, meticulous and thorough, with a high skill set. His work is of the highest quality and never less than perfect. He is always considerate of the fact that he is in someone else's home and is always clean and tidy. He is also a nice guy. It is a pleasure to have Mark doing our decorating jobs. Highly recommended and we wouldn't hesitate to ask Mark to do any further work, if and when it arises

  Long Conifer Hedge trimmed

  First time of using this gardening company, so always wary of how a new company will compare to former gardening company. We needn't have worried as Duncan, the owner, and his assistant Karim were excellent. They respected our property and did everything as agreed beforehand. Their attention to detail was excellent and all we could have wanted. The guys were both very friendly, thoughtful and polite and Karim even offered to take away some green waste as part of the job. Highly recommended and will have no hesitation in using again, or recommending to neighbours and friends.

  Installation of Plantation Shutters throughout house

  Having invited quotations from a number of local companies we chose Just Shutters, based upon the product, previous reviews, product knowledge and price. We were impressed by the product and product knowledge demonstrated by Heath and Gary. The shutters (7) were installed in approximately 3 hours with efficiency that was impressive. All area's were kept clean and all left as found, which was pleasing as some trades can forget that they are working in someone's home. The shutters are lovely and look great. We're glad we chose Heath to install......we made the right choice.
