  Damp Survey

  We had a damp survey carried out on a property we'd put an offer in (and have now bought). We needed a damp survey done which was carried out very quickly and we got the report back fast. Communication could have been a little clearer and more professional but otherwise fine. We had reached back out after we got the keys, to get the reccomended work done but they were on paternity leave. We have gone down a different route instead.

  Corroded Pipe

  We only needed to fix a leak under our boiler, which was completed by Luke. But I had also asked for some additional quotes for other issues. Luke was very helpful in giving his advice and a variety of quotes for the issues we're having. It's likely we'll hire Luke again once we have the materials and money together.

  Taking down stair wall

  Ricky and his dad were very punctual for the quote and job. We're speaking with a few trades people as we're in the process of doing up a house and this was the easiest communication we've had so far. Very clear and prompt. Most importantly I LOVE the work they've done on our stairs. Turned out exactly how we wanted. We will consider hiring them again, should we wish to install a banister or do work on our loft hatch.
