  Damp investigation and resolution

  Mould removal

  We had black mould in a couple of places in our house. Michael and his team did an excellent job in removing the mould and painting the walls, woodwork and ceilings with anti mould paint. They also installed three air vents. We are very pleased with the result. They were also very polite, friendly and professional.

  Alliance went the extra mile, would highly recommend!

  Alliance Building and Landscapes Limited were excellent both in how they handled our initial query, worked with us to find the best solution and provided incredible flexibility in the way they carried out the work with us. We had an original quote for a damp problem, however, when Alliance stepped in we learned that key elements of the issue had not originally been picked up. Michael showed exceptional willingness to meet us half-way, and him and his team came in and did an excellent job, even throwing in extra services we hadn't originally discussed. Would definitely recommend these guys!

  Punctual, professional and polite

  Super responsive, punctual and professional. I logged a request for damp works for 2 interior walls on checkatrade on Saturday night. I had a response from Michael within an hour and he came over on Monday to review and started work 2 days later. 5 days from the query being logged and all works were complete. The workers turned up early, were friendly and polite, knowledgeable and cleared up at the end of the day. They took away all rubbish and even mopped the floors as they left. Very happy with the quick turnaround and high quality.

  Bathroom refit

  Complete bathroom makeover . From Start to finish the work was undertaken to a high standard. Any rubbish was cleared at the end of each day , the tradesman used, mark was timely , very respectful and a top tradesman. Michael is so helpful, providing options and providing realistic timelines. Would not hesitate to use again

  A great company who do exactly what you need

  Great company to use. The guys who carried out the work were amazing from start to finish - they were knowledgeable, tidy, respectful and friendly. We had a new bathroom installed as well as a major leak under a concrete floor fixed and some repairs to a flat roof. All were done as explained and carried out in agreed timescales. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Alliance again.
