  Appalling! They let me down twice in a row regarding a simple garden job, failing to turn up twice and failing to provide an update and entirely wasting my time. When I complained they had the temerity to describe that as “threatening communication” that they would report to Checkatrade. These people are unprofessional, incompetent and should be avoided.

  The team at SSMD were great and made the process of moving flats much more stress free. The service was easy to book and Mira at the office is very communicative and prompt. The removal staff were brilliant, they worked quickly and efficiently and were very friendly.
