  Fixed gas fired central heating (= Divertor valve head changed)

  Gas fired central heating ceased working this Monday evening, 29/1/24. Contacted Mark James plumbers the next morning, who attended and fixed on Wednesday lunchtime. Quick and efficient. Good service.

  Fit new hot water cylinder and immersion heater

  Our ageing hot water tank was corroded at its top, where the immersion heater fits, and began leaking so that water began to slowly drip through the kitchen ceiling. Called out Mark James who attended on the same day and shut off the hot water supply. His team fitted a new cylinder and immersion heater within a couple of days. Very good service. Clean and thorough, at a reasonable price.

  Gas boiler service

  Our old plumber/gas engineer had retired after 35 years, so needed a new company for boiler services etc. Only a small job to start, a boiler service, but a good start in that Mark James and son were thorough, with good admin and fair priced.
