  Assessment of faults with boiler and quote given for works.

  Wayne went to a property that I am in the process of buying to assess the safety of the boiler there. He went at very short notice to meet with an estate agent, on good faith that I would pay him after, since I was working all day. I was relieved that I found someone to go at such short notice (1 hour) and that he arrived promptly. I heard later from the agent that he was very through in his checks.
