  Fixing a leaky tap in my bath tub

  Wayne exhibited his expertise in fixing a leaky tap that was quite difficult to access from the back of my bathtub. But what impressed me most was his professionalism in coming out again the same evening, sacrificing his valuable rest time, to sort out another leak in my airing cupboard, caused by my clumsy handling of a pressure release valve. Not only that he sorted it out with extreme ease, but was so very reluctant to accept any payment for that job. Top man!
