  Builder used WhatsApp for contacting me...  which I do not use and which delayed appointment for viewing. Kevin appeared on the agreed date when we matched calendars, viewed the jobs and stated a quote would be forthcoming in 10 days. I agreed to send all details of job breakdowns I had with materials lists etc. to help quote. Waiting over 10 days - quote still outstanding despite chaser emails and WhatsApp messages Poor Show Builder appears to be busy but customer service significantly lacking - cannot recommend

  Scope of job fine, builders local with additional experience to tackle heating/plumbing. Took a while to get a viewing for a provisional quote, provided specific information to the builder and it took over a week for them to say the job was not for him. Frustrated and disappointed that 1) this could have been done earlier to minimise time wastage and 2) the comms were distinctly lacking...  company office dictates the work carried out - appeared disconnected. a Shame

  Put a request for quote via checkatrade, was contacted immediately on pricing and way forward. Rang me first thing next day, paid the fee, and the nest was treated within 3 hr. Very courteous staff...Great experience overall.

  Replacement central heating system.

  Replacement central seating system needed. Shape responded with a competitive quote and flexibility in scheduling. Enough to accommodate additional work. Only issue was getting them booked in due to demand. Would recommend to others.
