  Replace kitchen taps and leaking pipes under sink.

  Chris was prompt to respond to my job request. He showed up at the agreed time and gave me a quote before carrying out any work - which was responsble for call out and job itself. The job was completely quickly and neatly -Chris has a friendly nature and was kind to my old dog.

  Arranged to come and repair leaking pipe under kitchen sink.

  Very unprofessional and unreliable. The plumber didn’t show up on the agreed day, and when I followed up, he told me he’d decided to head away for the day because of the good weather — with no prior notice or communication. He then agreed to come the next day at 11:30 AM but once again failed to show up and never got in touch. Completely disrespectful of my time. I would not recommend based on this experience.
