  Jim was really great and patient with my questions, which was important for me to get the right solution for a retro-fit smart lock. I'll be going straight to Jim next time I have a lock issue.

  Steven got it touch very quickly and offered to pop round before giving a quote. This was much appreciated because it also assured me that Steven seemed like a thoroughly nice chap. The work was very neat, and Steven gave me a few different options. Overall, I'm very happy, and I would use Steven again in the future.

  Paul is a very trustworthy character—the ultimate compliment I can bestow when dealing with a tradesperson! He has a very calm, thoughtful demeanour, which I appreciate hugely, and he's a great problem solver. Paul is also very tidy and careful around the house. I trust him to do a stellar job every time, and he's my go-to electrician.

  Glass Stained Composite Door and Flag Window

  We visited a few different door companies, but Afforde was the only one that gave us the confidence to go ahead. We had a beautiful composite door installed along with a matching stained glass flag window. There were some small manufacturing issues with the door which Afforde remedied straight away so we were very happy.

  Extension, bathroom, and garden work

  I've dealt with a few builders in my time, and Dede has been by far the most pleasant experience I've had. Dede is a problem solver, cares about the standard of his work and above all is highly trustworthy. Like a clock, his team turned up at 8 am every single day of the project and were flexible to our needs. I can't recommend Dede highly enough and we'll be using him as often as possible for any future work.
