  Britannia were great. Fair price and job carried out well. Freddie was knowledgeable and friendly, and treated my 87 year old mother with respect and consideration.

  Removal of defunct consumer unit, installation of new consumer unit, certifying for building regs

  Terrible. He quoted £1560 for all the work including certification, but took all the money and no certificate. Reason being a cable was underspecified and I'd have to pay him more (£200 I think) and he'd have to come back. He took the £1560 but didn't come back. Called to get him back (and was happy to pay the extra £200) but he was never available. Eventually got another electrician to fit the cable, and messaged Lennon saying this was fitted, could I have my certificate. Absolutely zero response from Lennon. Gutted. The certification was why I hired Lennon.
