  A good job at a fair price - on time

  Came to see job and quote in person at the arranged time, extremely pleasant and helpful, and confirmed quote in writing. Flexible about appointment as it required agreement for access from our neighbour, turned up promptly as arranged, pruned the tree and tidied up after themselves to the complete satisfaction of ourselves and our neighbour whose property the tree overhangs. A good job at a fair price, and we shall certainly use them again.

  Came to quote at short notice, discussed possibilities and quoted for 3 different options (at a fair price). Explained everything. Invited and answered any further queries by phone. Did the job within a week. Turned up on time, were friendly, efficient and helpful throughout. Did the work, checked that everything was in full working order, advised on use, tidied up after themselves, sent invoice and payment request only after the job was completed to our full satisfaction... I really couldn't fault them in any way.
