  Mark was great, inspired confidence and got the job done much quicker than we expected. We were expecting to have to wait a couple of weeks for a plumber, but only had to wait a couple of days in the end. The issues that led to our appointment being delayed by a couple of days from when it was first set were completely understandable and didn’t put us out, and Mark and the company communicated with us throughout as soon as there was any news. Overall we’re very pleased with our experience.
