  Sorting out rising damp in one of my walls after damp inspection!

  Gary came over when I suspected some damp in my wall & was professional and friendly throughout. He gave me a rough outline of the available treatments and went into further detail in the damp report which was very much appreciated. He asked my availability around my shifts and we set the date, he had the person doing the work text me with details of arriving Jake, who came round to do the work was very efficient, tidied up any dust from drilling into the walls & was friendly and professional throughout. He explained the “what to do ifs” very well and overall the work was good value for money

  Some tiles laying underneath a unit that didn’t have them

  Contacted me pretty quickly & gave me the price, said he’d be there around lunch time and was bang on! Levelled the floor out and put some tiles on top, looks so much better than it did before! Very friendly & fantastic work, even showing me that the floor was now level 🙂. Would definitely use again 😊!

  Bottom lock fitting to front door

  Fixed my kitchen sink 🥳

  My kitchen sink was dripping badly when turned on… Stuart rang me within half an hour of sending an email with the issue & came round the next day even though I said it wasn’t urgent - we hadn’t set a time and he was there before me. He gave an honest & professional assessment of the issues and found other problems that would cause me issues later down the line & is coming to sort those quickly too. Fixed it perfectly and I trust I’ll have no issues further down the line. Honestly a lovely guy with a professional attitude, was a pleasure to have in my new home. Would highly recommend!
