    Highly recommend Universal Damp. Gary arrived on time and took me through the process of the survey and recommendations. Even gave me an honest assessment for insulation and a solution. Got my report and estimate same day.

    Good and efficient work

    We had some downstairs damp dealt with before Christmas. The work was carried out well and care was taken to keep everything neat and tidy. Happy to recommend.

    Gary was really efficient in getting out to me, managed to get Calum to do the work. Calum I couldn't praise enough was super efficient, respectful of the property and really polite. Would recommend this company any day

    Damp in loft area

    Called regarding a damp issue in my loft. Gary came out and done a damp survey and assessed the issue and explained thoroughly the problem and corse of action to take to rectify the problem. All followed up with a report. He was very friendly, helpful and informative.

    Rising Damp Survey

    Gary came round to complete a survey on our old house. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to clearly explain what rising damp was, why it was happening in our house and the solutions they have to solve it. There was no hard sell, only recommendations and knowledge. As someone who's moved into their first house, the prospect of forking out for this issue was terrifying but Gary's clear and no nonsense approach put us at ease. We will be proceeding with the recommended works as a result.
