    Rising Damp Survey

    Gary came round to complete a survey on our old house. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to clearly explain what rising damp was, why it was happening in our house and the solutions they have to solve it. There was no hard sell, only recommendations and knowledge. As someone who's moved into their first house, the prospect of forking out for this issue was terrifying but Gary's clear and no nonsense approach put us at ease. We will be proceeding with the recommended works as a result.

    Gary and his team were dream tradesmen. They quoted promptly and accurately, turned up on time and were polite, tidy and respectful in carrying out the work. If this doesn't set them apart in the current climate (and it certainly does in my experience) they were also very helpful in outlining the options available and the pros and cons and in explaining what they were doing every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend them for damp treatment work.
