Job location: HP15Called regarding a damp issue in my loft. Gary came out and done a damp survey and assessed the issue and explained thoroughly the problem and corse of action to take to rectify the problem. All followed up with a report. Gary came round to complete a survey on our old house. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to clearly explain what rising damp was, why it was happening in our house and the solutions they have to solve it. There was no hard sell, only recommendations and knowledge. As someone who's moved into their first house, the prospect of forking out for this issue was terrifying but Gary's clear and no nonsense approach put us at ease.
