  Unblocking windows painted shut

  The communication prior to the visit by Jason was excellent. When Jason arrived, he quickly found a solution, and fixed the issue quickly. He is really fair and asked an excellent price for job, which we will hopefully cover by more painting projects.

  Painted and repaired external wooden windows.

  I got several quotes for the work to repair and paint the external wooden windows of our townhouse. One of the window frames was disintegrating and of need of new sections. Mark came in with a competitive quote. The work was started at beginning of week and completed on Wednesday, to an excellent standard. Mark kept good time and was very courteous and polite. The surroundings were kept tidy at all times. I would highly recommend this company.

  Conversion of 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom flat with full refurbishment including fitting central heating, new windows, electrics, etc.

  From the start, Mark has been brilliant. He initially worked out a sensible phasing of works and payments for the project, which has worked well. The project had an added complication that Mark had to work with the Council to agree with the specifications for the empty property grant, but this liaison has worked well, due to Mark’s experience and superior management skills. There was also a change in the layout of the flat mid-project but Mark dealt with this with no fuss. The completed flat looks great, and has lots of extra touches I did not expect, like really nice finishing on the windows.
