  Their communication was very good as was reliability and punctuality. The initial temporary repair left a bit of a mess from the expanding foam adhesive used. The final repair seems to be OK and they didn’t charge anything for doing the work in view of the mess caused. Unexpected but good customer service.

  Wish I had called Renew first time round! Had issues with leaking bay window, which had been replaced only a year or so ago. Renew came out and very quickly identified the issue, and came out and fixed it the next day. Very relieved thank you!

  Leaking flat roof

  Very quick to respond to the original request for assistance. We’re on site to quote the following day. Removed debris from the roof and unclogged down pipe without being asked. The guys were all business with no messing around. Saw the job and quoted at the same time. They messaged to say they could carry out the work within a few days. They messaged the day before they were due to say that they had an opening and could they come early. You don’t get that very often. Communication very very good. Can’t fault them at all. Actually looking forward to it raining to test their work.
