  Replaced roof tiles - great job

  Our extension had a leak, on and off, for a few years. We'd used a different roofer a couple of times, but he'd failed to identify the root cause and actually fix the issue long-term. So, we looked elsewhere and found William (Reliable Roof Solutions). William was friendly, polite and explained our options. We decided on a re-roof. William sourced some great tiles (we needed something lightweight, due to the construction build of our extension) and we're happy with the finished job. The leak's gone (hopefully for good) and the exterior looks way better too!

  New boiler flue fitted

  Our boiler was sealed off by British Gas due to the flue being illegally fitted. After a few stressed calls (on a cold Sunday) I found these guys. Super helpful from the start. Said they'd get someone round to look 8-10am the next day. Angus had turned up by 8.30am and got cracking straight away. Very thorough checking things directly with Worcester etc. Was a very tricky job due to the structure of our extension and the placement of the boiler, he worked non-stop for several hours with nothing but a glass of water from us! Also picked up on something extra that another service provider had missed.
